Weymouth Bay crabmeat infused with hot chilli peppars then shallow fried in a light batter presented with green salad, lemon and limes.

Grilled and oozing with garlic butter.
Fresh Melon
Chilled melon slices drizzled with a raspberry coulis.
Main Courses
Chicken Piri-Piri
An authentic Algarvian dish of grilled chicken coated with a Portuguese pepper sauce and drizzled with a creamy garlic dressing.

Marinated lamb flash grilled and served with a rosemary and red wine sauce.
