  Fish and fishing are very much a part of our family. Brother Phil goes to sea at six each morning and returns about ten o’clock with a selection of sustainably caught fresher than fresh brown crab, lobster, plaice, sea bass, scallops and (in season) prawns. The hotel has the pick of the catch before the rest goes to market in Brixham. Our chefs are all local and have grown up with precision cooking techniques that bring the fish to your table at its most succulent.
All our bread, meat, vegetables and salads are also sourced locally for maximum taste and freshness.
